GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
AVACARD.com will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
This Policy is governed by the laws of UAE. Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE
REFUND POLICY
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
Refunds shall be applicable if AVACARD.com does not deliver the goods to the shipping address provided by the buyer. For purchased digital/virtual products, refunds shall be applicable if, for any reason caused by AVACARD.com, AVACARD.com does not deliver the ordered product to the User’s registered account.
AVACARD.com will offer a complete refund of the good’s value, or exchange with another good for any buyer if the ordered product was damaged during transit to delivery or not working properly. For digital/virtual products, if the voucher code/pin has been used/redeemed before the purchase date, the user must show confirmation from the publisher that this voucher code/pin or license has been used/redeemed before the delivery time.
Refunds, exchanges, or returns are NOT APPLICABLE to digital/virtual products.
If a user received a wrong product due to a shipping error or omission from us, AVACARD.com will deliver the correct product as soon as possible after receiving the returned order. For a digital product, AVACARD.com will deliver the correct product to the User’s account within seventy-two (72) hours after a complaint has been lodged.
If a User is finding it difficult to redeem a purchased e-Gift Card or Voucher code/pin on the merchant’s website or portal, the user should contact the merchant or publisher directly. The publisher’s contact details are made available on the brand page on the Website.
AVACARD.com is not responsible for any technical error or redemption issue on the merchant or the publisher’s website or portal.
An order cannot be canceled once it has been made.
